Euro 2012 Predictions

Who do you think will win Euro 2012? I've rooting for Spain, but for some reason in the back of my head, I feel that Germany is going to take the tournament this year. There is just something about that screams they're going to win. I'm not putting my doubts on Spain though. They are also very likely to take Euro again and that would be awesome, but all the countries know they are the team to beat being they are the recent World Cup and current Euro Cup (2008) champions.

Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands are the supposedly the three hot houses, but just as I type this, the Dutch just lost their opening math to Denmark (1-0), and to lose your opening match can really hurt you. That doesn't mean they can't reach the quarter-finals or even win the tournament (in 1958 the Dutch lost their opening match and went on to win the tournament), now it's just much more difficult for them. Germany are suppose to play Portugal today, and Portugal has had a tough run so far and Germany is currently on fire. We'll just have to wait and see how that match turns out.

There are more games to be played before anything is decided. This is going to be a very interesting Euro 2012.
